Shipping

We at Prof. Dr. Steinkraus have one big concern, namely our environment. Therefore, all our products are sent to you nationally and internationally in a climate-neutral manner by DHL "GoGreen" parcel. In order to ensure the smoothest possible process and fast shipping, we send all parcels to you insured, including tracking and tracing. The shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, the size and the weight of the package. We try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. We ship orders worth € 50 or more to you free of charge within Germany. Internationally, we ship orders worth € 250 or more free of charge.

Taxes, duties 
and fees

You, as the recipient, are responsible for any import taxes, duties and fees that may be charged for shipments to countries outside the European Union. Unfortunately, it is not possible to determine the exact amount individually in advance. We therefore recommend that you contact your local customs office in advance.

Worldwide
Deliveries

Prof. Dr. Steinkraus products are shipped to most countries in the world. The exact shipping costs will be shown to you after entering the shipping address during order processing. We are obliged to register order above € 1,000 with customs.

The delivery times stated below are calculated from the time of our dispatch confirmation. Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours Monday to Friday. The shipping costs listed below are estimated costs. The shipping costs will be displayed during the final checkout.

Exclusion of the
right of withdrawal

Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, the right of cancellation does not apply, inter alia, to:
• in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• in the case of contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;
• in the case of contracts for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
