Wir bei Prof. Dr. Steinkraus haben ein großes Anliegen, nämlich unsere Umwelt. Daher werden all unsere Produkte national sowie international klimaneutral per DHL „GoGreen“-Paket an Sie versandt. Um einen möglichst reibungslosen Ablauf und einen schnellen Versand zu gewährleisten, verschicken wir alle Pakete versichert, inkl. einer Sendungsverfolgung an Sie. Die Versandkosten variieren abhängig von dem Zielland, der Größe und dem Gewicht des Pakets. Wir sind bemüht, die Versandkosten so gering wie möglich zu halten. Ab einer Bestellsumme von € 50 wird Ihre Bestellung deutschlandweit versandkostenfrei geliefert. International liefern wir ab einem Warenbestellwert von € 250.

Steuern, Zölle 
and fees

Sie als Empfänger sind verantwortlich für etwaige Einfuhrsteuern, Zölle und Gebühren, die für Sendungen in Länder außerhalb der Europäischen Union, erhoben werden. Leider ist es nicht möglich, den genauen Betrag vorab individuell zu ermitteln. Wir empfehlen daher, das örtliche Zollamt im Vorfeld zu kontaktieren.

Prof. Dr. Steinkraus products are shipped to most countries in the world. The exact shipping costs will be shown to you after entering the shipping address during order processing. We are obliged to register order above € 1,000 with customs.

Die nachfolgend angegebenen Lieferzeiten berechnen sich vom Zeitpunkt unserer Versandbestätigung aus. Ihre Bestellung wird innerhalb von 48 Stunden montags bis freitags bearbeitet und versendet. Bei den Versandkosten handelt es sich um ca. Angaben. Diese werden Ihnen im Checkout final angezeigt.

Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, the right of cancellation does not apply, inter alia, to:
• in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• in the case of contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;
• in the case of contracts for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
